Warranty / Return Policy

 Limited Lifetime Warranty

  • CAtuned offers this Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of CAtuned Product(s), subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.

Coverage

  • The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Exclusions

  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Accidental damage
    • Misuse or abuse of the product
    • Modification, alteration, or repair by unauthorized persons
    • Failure to follow product instructions or use the product for its intended purpose

Claim Process

  • To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must:
    • Contact sales@catuned.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Ship the defective product, along with proof of purchase and the RMA number, to the address provided by Customer Support.

Remedies

  • If the product is determined to be defective under the terms of this warranty, CAtuned will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. If the product is no longer available or repairable, CAtuned may replace it with a comparable product.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, CAtuned liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall CAtuned be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Governing Law

  • This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Warranty

  • Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this Limited Lifetime Warranty at any time, without prior notice.
