Rebuilt M20 Engine:

We start with Rebuilt Cylinder Head:

1. Fully Disassembled
2. Cylinder Head is pressure checked
3. Cylinder Head is surfaced
4. Glass Blasted
5. All new Valve Stem Seals
6. Every Valve is Checked and Ground
7. Fully Assembled
8. Factory style rockers

9. New Head bolts and Quality Head gasket
   

The Engine Block:

1. Fully Disassembled
2. Crank is fully inspected; Measured, balanced if needed.
3. Pistons are fully replaced 0.050mm over
4. All new Piston rings
5. All new Rod bearing, Main Bearings
6. All new Seals, and gaskets.
7. Oil pump is fully rebuilt or replaced.
8. Engine is painted, Black
9. All new hardware is used when possible

The Cylinder Head is assembled with the Engine Block. Ready to drop in as a replacement unit or for a swap.

Note: Engine will not come with Intake Manifold, exhaust manifold, sensors, rear water jacket, hoses, misc accessories, no oil pan or valve cover. Gaskets left over from the head gasket and bottom end set will be included. NO CORE CHARGE. We do not need your old motor back. If you want to discuss us purchasing your old motor back please email us. This is a late model 2.5 (i) motor. IX will need modifications that we do not make.

We strongly advise that a ASE-certified Mechanic install the Engine Assembly. If installed at a certified shop this engine assembly carries a 12 month or 12K mile warranty. Must present all records upon warranty claim. Shipping of warranty engine is extra both ways.
